This is the first of some of my new style of hair flowers!  I love the soft wispy pale pink feathers and the simplicity of tiny spray roses combined.  The bright pink of the longer feathers gives a sharp, fun, bolt of color.  Feathers are not easy to measure, so here it goes… the entire hair piece, from top to bottom, is 7 inches long.  From side to side, at the widest point of feathers, it is just shy of 7 inches. The highest point of the flowers sit at 1 and a half inches.

I love this new style that I am tapping into.  Slightly whimsical and fairy tale mixed with awesome hair flowers.  This is a really cool hair flower to wear with a simple black shirt, or a pale pink sweater.  Get in touch with your wild side, and give yourself a big hair do to compliment the exciting feather and flower duo!

The unconscious beauty of a burgundy rose is well caught in this hair flower that I made. I mixed a fantastic rose with some peacock feathers for an eye catching duo. The V formation of the peacock feathers is a fun way to mix up the hair style routine. The shimmer of color in the varying shades of peacock feathers catches some of the deep purple in the rose and the green of the leaf behind it. This hair flower is so great to see in person. Such an elegant and yet still fun hair accessory.

The flower itself is only 3 inches wide. Peacock feathers come from the top on the right and the left. Those measure at 8 inches across. From the top of the peacock feathers to the bottom of the rose it measures at 7 inches. It is just shy of 3 inches tall. Burgundy is a hard color to pinpoint in this rose. It has so many various colors in the same field as burgundy, but those shades make the colors deep and rich. From the top you can see some of the leaves that cradle the flower, and also the leaf that serves as the back drop that the feathers and flower are attached to.

This is one of my coolest flowers that I have made to date. Experimenting is always fun. I know it is very hard to imagine how many hair styles that this can go into, but I think one of the best is a fancy up do with this rose attached to the top with curls surrounding it. Let your imagination run wild with this one!

If you’re looking for something that is both simple and classy this purple hair flower is it.  It’s a beautiful small purple flower with trimmed peacock feather accent.  The picture doesn’t show the peacock feathers true detail.  They shimmer blue and green in the light.

This flower is pretty small, so it would work great with short hair or for every day wear.  The flower itself only measures 3 inches across, and with the feathers it measures 4.5 inches at its longest point.

As with all Lucy’s Blooms hair flowers, this is handmade and one of a kind.  You aren’t going to see anyone else with the same hair flower because we don’t mass produce anything!  Snap this up before someone else does because when this sells it’s gone for good!
