Shipping & Returns
We ship orders the day that they are received, or the next morning. Most orders will be shipped via USPS, but we may use UPS if we find that it is more affordable for you.
In the case that we grossly over estimate your shipping charge, the difference will be refunded to you, at our discretion.
Most importantly, we want you to be happy with your order. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, or it wasn’t what you expected, let us know. We are real people doing this and are happy to make you happy!
We’ll work with you to make sure that custom orders come out how you want them to, but unfortunately they cannot be returned.
RETURNS: If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. This does not include custom orders, which are not returnable. Return it to me within 10 days, in the same condition you received it, for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable.
DAMAGED: If your item is received damaged, please contact me within 3 days to make arrangements for a full refund or replacement once I receive it. All items are one-of-a-kind so exact replicas are not possible.
LOST: If you have not received your purchase 10 days after I have shipped it to you, please email me at geoff@hairflowers.org. I will check the Delivery Confirmation and if it is determined that the item is indeed lost, I will issue you a refund.
